Impact Report
Pela
Our goal is to remove 1 billion pounds of plastic from the waste stream by 2028. It's ambitious but with the support we've been getting from our community, and the help and awareness being built by our partners, this goal is a real possibility. We dream of a waste free future and part of that requires us turning off the tap on plastics entirely.
With your help, we’ve sold over a million cases to date, which equates to 336,438 pounds of plastic that was prevented from entering the waste stream, based on the average conventional plastic case and packaging weighing 0.33 pounds. It’s a great start and going forward, we hope to create bigger impact with the support of our community.

Surfrider
The Surfrider Foundation is dedicated to the protection and enjoyment of the world's ocean, waves and beaches through a powerful activist network. Their staff of over 50 people help support their chapter network in campaigns, championing for policy changes, raising awareness, and fighting legal battles for our coasts, all while raising funds to make this possible.
When we support Surfrider, every dollar raised goes to protect 1 foot of coastline. To date, we have raised $21,358 from case sales. Find out more about Surfrider and their work here.
Save The Waves
Construction of harbours, seawalls, and other beach front projects have drastically altered the coastal eco-systems causing the extinction of notable surf waves like Killer Dana, La Barre, and Petacalco while also adversely affecting marine environments.
Save The Waves works with local communities to identify these issues and take action through strategic campaigns and projects. $10,000 protects 1 surf ecosystem for a year, and they estimate each surf ecosystem can generate 10,000 ridable waves per year, so each $1 protects 1 wave. Find out more about Save The Waves and their work here.
Oceana
Oceana is the largest international advocacy organization focused solely on ocean conservation. They work globally creating directed campaigns that achieve measurable outcomes that help make our oceans more bio-diverse and abundant. With more than 200 victories that stop overfishing, habitat destruction, and killing of threatened species, Oceana’s campaigns are delivering results.
To help support these initiatives, we raised $34,529 from case sales and made that donation to the organization. Find out more about Oceana and their work here.
