    Love the product... shipping on the other hand...

    I appreciated the lack of packaging for shipping. It was recyclable with no plastic involved.

    The case was easy to put on and seems to give the phone good protection. Happy with the product itself.

    The shipping was inconvenient and stressful.

    It took a long time to actually ship the product and when it finally shipped, it took almost 3 weeks to get to me. I've ordered many products from the states and get it in days... not weeks.

    Eventually, the tracking number stopped updating and I had no idea when my case was coming in or where it was.

    Pela customer care was helpful in answering my questions but the shipping was disappointing at best.
