The case fits my iPhone17 well, leaving the camera lenses free for action. It seems pretty protective, with raised ridges to protect the glass, but I haven't put that to the test. The feel is nice - grippy enough not to slip out of my hands, but not so sticky it'll pick up all my pocket lint. The MagSafe ring doesn't seem to be secured to the back of the case very well, but once the case is on the phone, that's not a problem.
The aforementioned ridges do interfere with the edge of the screen somewhat, but that's probably a tradeoff for increased protection.
I do have an issue with the covering for the lock button - it's very squishy, and it takes a lot of force to lock the phone. I'll see if that changes over time.
Overall, it's a perfectly cromulent case. I really like the sustainability aspect, and am willing to put up with some less-than-perfect features to support that.
