1. SPONSOR

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Pela Case Corporation (the “Sponsor”), located in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (defined as parents, siblings, spouse, and children) or individuals residing in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on May 15, 2025, at 1:00 AM EST and ends on July 3, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

4. HOW TO ENTER

Eligible participants may earn entries using one or more of the following methods during the Sweepstakes Period:

a) Primary Entry Method – Purchase

Participants will automatically receive One (1) entry for each purchase made at https://www.pelacase.ca with a Canadian shipping address. Limit: five (5) purchase entries.

b) Alternate Entry Methods – No Purchase Necessary

i. Content Submission
Visit the official Sweepstakes landing page at http://pelacase.com/pages/pela-ultimate-canadian-getaway and complete the entry form. Upload a photo or video in response to the prompt:

“What’s the most Canadian thing about you?”
Limit: One (1) entry.

ii. Instagram Submission
Post your 'What’s the most Canadian thing about you?' photo or video submission on your public Instagram profile and tag #PelaSweeps. Your post must remain publicly visible for at least 48 hours after posting to ensure eligibility. It will be automatically tracked within 24 hours — no further action is required.
Limit: One (1) entry.

iii. Email Signup
Sign up for Pela’s email list through the designated entry form on the Sweepstakes landing page: http://pelacase.com/pages/pela-ultimate-canadian-getaway.
Limit: One (1) entry.

iv. Refer-a-Friend
Share your unique referral link (provided at entry and on the official Sweepstakes landing page). You will receive one (1) entry for each eligible friend who submits a valid entry using your link.

• You may earn up to five (5) entries via referrals.
  
  

• Referral entries are valid only if the referred friend has not already entered the Sweepstakes and completes a valid entry form.
  
  

• Referred friends must consent to receive communications from the Sponsor.
  
  

Entry Limit

Each participant may receive a maximum of thirteen (13) entries total, as follows:

• 5 entries via purchase
  
  

• 1 entry via content submission
  
  

• 1 entry via #PelaSweeps Instagram post
  
  

• 1 entry via email signup
  
  

• Up to 5 entries via referrals
  
  

All entries, regardless of method, will be treated equally in the winner selection process.

5. WINNER SELECTION

Three (3) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 8, 2025, from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Selected entrants will be contacted by email or Instagram Direct Message and must respond within five (5) business days. If no response is received, alternate winners may be selected, up to three (3) attempts.

To be declared a winner, entrants must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.

6. PRIZES

Grand Prize (1 Winner)

A fully planned Canadian travel experience for two (2), booked through a Sponsor-designated travel partner (value up to $10,000 CAD), including:

• Round-trip domestic flights (max $3,000 CAD)

Travel must be completed by December 31, 2025. No cash alternative is available.

In the event of a dispute regarding entries, the Sponsor reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of the entrant and to make a final decision in its sole discretion.

7. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, voice, city/province, and any submitted content by the Sponsor for marketing and promotional purposes, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. CONTENT LICENSE

By submitting any photo or video, entrants grant the Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use and share the content for promotional purposes. Entrants must confirm content rights and grant permission at the time of entry.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & RELEASE

Entrants agree to hold harmless the Sponsor and related parties from any liability related to participation or prize acceptance. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries, or technical issues. If the Sweepstakes is compromised by fraud or error, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or amend it.

10. DISPUTES

These Rules are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada. Any legal disputes must be resolved in Kelowna, BC.

11. PRIVACY

Information collected will be used for administering the Sweepstakes and in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy Link.
