How it Ships

While we pride ourselves on low free shipping thresholds to most of the planet, what we really stand for is minimal packaging.

Every product that ships out goes out in the minimum amount of packaging required to get the items to their destination safely and securely. No more, no less.

Materials

The Pela Case is made of Flaxstic®, which is comprised of compostable bioplastic elastomer and flax straw materials. Our material has been tested to be safe and free of phthalates, BPA, cadmium and lead and is verified to meet child safety standards in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Our base material meets U.S. (ASTM D6400-04) and E.U. (EN 13432) standards for composting in an industrial composting facility and has a lower carbon footprint and lower greenhouse gas emissions than traditional plastic. It can also be left to compost in a home composting environment.

Our Case Design

Meticulously designed to protect your phone from drops and scratches as well as any traditional plastic case. Precision cuts around speakers, charger, volume and power buttons.

Carefully designed wrap around edges to protect the front of your phone. Smooth to the touch, flexible with no extra bulk.

Love this case!!! It’s exactly as I expected! I wish it came in different color schemes because I would buy them all. Also I love how the mag strip easily interchangeable or removable!

Love it
Such a pretty case. Love that it’s soft to the touch and flexible, but still fits perfectly. Have managed to avoid any catastrophic drops so far but has done its job for the minor slips here and there. Plus, can’t beat the sustainability factor! Doing my best to convert all my friends and family to Pela cases lol

It’s beautiful!
Case is beautiful, I love the extra grip, the colour and design, and the extra lip on the front to protect the screen. I wasn’t expecting the mag safe magnet to be separate, I’m not sure but the fact that it’s removable might be useful? The magnet also left a mark in the back of my phone, I’m hoping it comes off. I mostly love this case and the fact that there is no plastic used and it shipped quickly from within Canada.
